              The purpose of this research was 1) to study the condition of innovation management of Prachinratamrung School, Prachinburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok 2) to study the level of innovation management of Prachinrat Amrung School, Prachinburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok, and 3) to propose innovative management guidelines for Prachinrat Amrung School, Prachinburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok. The samples were: 1) 1 director of educational institutions 2) 1 deputy director of academic institutions 3) 1 deputy director of personnel administration 4) one deputy director of educational institutions for student affairs administration; 5) one deputy director for general administration; and 6) 127 teaching teachers. The sample size was obtained by using the Craigci and Morgan sample size estimation table was used. The experts were qualified to provide important information in the interview consisting of 1) to study the school's innovation management situation; Prachinrat Amrung Prachinburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok, namely 3 academic experts in education innovation management, acquired by purposive selection. Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Prachinburi, Nakhon Nayok, namely 5 academic experts in education innovation management obtained by purposive selection. The research tool was a questionnaire and interview form Statistics used in quantitative data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. For qualitative data, content analysis was used.

              The results of the research were as follows: Prachin Buri Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok found that there were 4 aspects: innovation management, academic administration Management of innovation in personnel management Innovative management in budget management and innovation management in general administration. 2) Innovation management level of Prachinratamrung School Prachin Buri Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok found that the results of the analysis of the school innovation management level Prachinrat Amrung Prachinburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok as a whole was at a high level. Prachin Buri Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Nakhon Nayok has 4 areas: innovation management, academic administration Management of innovation in personnel management Innovative management in budget management and innovation management in general administration as for the innovation management approach of educational institutions, it was found that educational institutions should have proactive management and participation. The curriculum has been developed to integrate knowledge that is flexible and consistent with local curriculum and needs of students to be adapted for use in active learning teaching and learning. Teachers and personnel are developed to become people of learning through PLC (Professional Learning Organization) processes, emphasizing brainstorming patterns. There is an innovation in creating a strategic plan by analyzing SWOT data to plan the operating system and use the PDCA process to systematically improve the work of the organization in order to develop educational institutions and teaching and learning to be more efficient in coordinating educational management in the formal, non-formal and informal settings by using modern communication tools to develop the learning process towards the characteristics of Thai people 4.0.
