Preparation Checklist
- Cash Only (Bank transfers are strictly not accepted)
- Educational Records: Graduation status/Faculty/Major (No hard copies needed; please verify via the Registrar’s website)
- Gown Hood Color (Academic colors)
- Student ID Number
- Smartphone or iPad (For registration/data entry)
Measurement Details
- Academic Gowns: For graduates of the Class of 2025.
- Formal White Civil Service Uniform (Chut Kho Fao): For male graduates and civil servants (Class of 2025 only).
Price List
1. Academic Gown (Purchase only – Rental not available)
- Bachelor’s Degree: 1,200 THB
- Master’s Degree: 1,300 THB
- Doctoral Degree: 1,400 THB(Price includes the university pin)
2. White Civil Service Uniform (Chut Kho Fao)
- Rental: 1,100 THB (A security deposit of 1,500 THB is required on the pickup date).
- Purchase: 2,800 THB
- Note: Military and Police uniforms are for purchase only (No rental).
- Accessories: Collar Tabs: 200 THB | Buttons: 100 THB

- Please wear polite attire.
- Graduation-related merchandise is available at the event and at the SSRU Closet shop.
- Graduates who have not registered for the Commencement Ceremony are still eligible to order a gown.
